When in Dallas, do you ever grab dinner at AllGood Cafe and see Mike? Not that you asked for dinner recommendations, but another spot you should check out is Cafe Momentum downtown. The founder/head chef is a huge fan of yours, and their model is re-shaping the juvenile justice system. It's a great restaurant but a more incredible organization that is changing lives of Dallas youth who are justice involved (and expanding to other US cities due to its success!).
Thanks for the checkin. I don't see the woodpecker but the blue sky and green on trees make me feel hopeful. In the Northland here, it's a gray, rainy day. I decided to venture out since the temps were above freezing. But I didn't know there was a layer of ice underneath the pooled water and got stuck on a pile of it between the garage and house. I was afraid to take the next step, mostly cause my cane kept slipping on the ice. My neighbor saw me struggle, came out and offered his arm to get to safe ground where there was some traction. Just three steps 😄 Feeling grateful for for my neighbor and that gentlemanly act.
Cant wait to see you in Dallas tonight. Easy request here, and perhaps just wishful thinking. Would love to hear Wishful Thinking if it finds its way onto the set list. Last time we heard that was under the Wolf Moon at Sky Blue Sky. Carry on, Captain.
I want to see all the shows, but I always feel an extra sense of missing out with the Austin shows! I discovered Wilco at Austin City Limits. I was going to high school across the river from the festival one Friday morning and everyone could hear the music coming from across the water, the bassier notes permeating our classroom walls. My friends and I couldn’t take it, we cut out at lunch to check out the music. Wilco was the standout for me that weekend and I’ve been hooked ever since.
Is there anyway to hear audio from the 2/25/01 Philly TLA show? Debut of I'm Trying to Break Your Heart and a cover of Ripple is really one for the books!

Going to Solid Sound. Will be on sailboat in Marthas Vineyard. Jeff, family and Band invited out for a sail in Vineyard Haven.
