OK, I love this post SO much! It was a bummer not to be able to get to the big Tweedy-McOi extravaganza in Vernon (and perhaps moreso now that there was the possibility to get in a round(?) of curling!) Seriously, though, thanks for sharing your roaddog adventures, Scott, such as they were. Quite a husband indeed. And please, please make The Two Walter Brennans happen in real life someday. What would you guys play? The possibilities tantalize...
I think a single round of curling is just called a match, but there's a fantastic name for a curling tournament: it's a bonspiel. Feel free to work that lingo into your show reports, Paul.
Aye, Scott, maybe a Red Sox hat for the Cambridge show? We need all the help we can get. Also, your Pirates hat reminded me that (I think) PNC Park is the only ballpark of teams in NL Central where the Captain has not thrown out the first pitch at a game. Need to fix that. ✌️
Cool 'guest' post, although y'all are more family than guest; entertaining and nice feel to the stories, reminded me of long tour bus rides I experienced in a different concert era decades (and decades...) ago. Cath you soon.
The Two Walter Brennans! 🤣 You’re the Real McCoy, Scott! Thanks for this great post. I’m looking forward to seeing you and your co-conspirators in Cleveland next week.
So you just cranked out this lovely little note before treating us to 2 outstanding sets at The Broadberry? Wow!
And huge props to Scott and Mike and Steve and Linda and Peter for hanging out and signing stuff and chatting after the show. Excellent show and super cool people...what a great night.
So happy the logistics worked out. Benefits galore.....husbands, friends, Kacy and Clayton! And coffee. A must ! Thank you for the journal shared and thank you for your endurance. (Knees and hips...uggh ) Love you Galactic elder!
My husbands are so adorbs together. And I agree.....Husband Scott should write a book! ❤️
I’m working on one. It’s a new Hardy Boys entry: The Secret Of The Mormon Jeweler
Please tell me you’re not looking for a seer stone craftsman!

I wish Scott would write a book, what a great storyteller!
LOL - At first I read the "The Two Walter Matthau's" and thought it was fantastic.
Love the Pirates hat from the glory days of the "We Are Family" era of the late 70's/early 80's.
