Captain, I just wanted to mention that I believe there’s a tiny mistake in the This Week In Wilco section. Happiness was debuted during the Schmilco Tour. Oh! Thanks for coming to NH this summer!
I live in Hudson, NH. I’m basically on the state line next to Tyngsboro, MA. Nice to be in between Boston and Concord, NH. I remember passing by Lebanon on the way to Montreal.
Walking along the Great Lakes....I lived on Ontario decades ago....and yeah those days when it was still and spring was in the air....gorgeous.
And synchronicity as I just posted something on my Substack that featured Words From Someone Else...your recent quote about "Tired Of Taking It Out On You"....and the clip....
Looking forward to my trip back to the homeland for the first time in 5 years from Australia....for hugs and tears and laughter and hope to X paths with Wilco....
What time of day is this? Where are all the people? And can you play "Love is the King" with the band as an encore Friday Night despite it breaking the church/state rule of solo work and band work?
That was exactly what I needed this afternoon. The only things nicer than hearing your voice are hearing it while looking at you and the mostly serene Lake Michigan. Tell Sammy Hagar he shouldn’t drive 55 on the lake!
LOL !!! Mistaken for a Kardashian !!! No, I don't think so Jeffe. Nice observation of the roiling lake and sky blending together. Thanks for the check-in.
Jeff, I think that piece of driftwood would look great in your back yard. Living room perhaps, with a piece of glass mounted on top? What's that? A big veto from Susie?
Just got great tickets to the Vancouver show in September. Thanks for offering the presale. So looking forward to it.
Can I just say that I think you look better now than you did 20 years ago? I’m not even talking about weight, or hair, or anything like that. In fact, I can’t even pinpoint it. Maybe it’s the glow of contentment? Anyway! Always fun to have a check-in!
I know the Hagar jetski types can be annoying but it reminds me of when I used to live in an apartment below a person with a (no exaggeration) 300 pound puppy that wanted nothing more than to play and jump around all day. It used to drive me crazy until I started imagining that it was thunder, and it immediately became the most relaxing sound and I could take naps to it.
Please tell me that you dragged that driftwood home to decorate your back yard :) Also really enjoying the songs from the upcoming album!
(Don’t tell...but that is what I do...take drift wood to decorate.)
Jeff Kardashian on a private beach in Michigan is a site to behold!

You are correct. Rations will be reduced this week on the info-deck.
Compassionate Captain ye are then, ordering no walking of the plank.
Big chuckle from me.
KG also excited for NH show! Nice to go somewhere close to home ♥️ We live in Lebanon area what about you?

That is a nice calm spot at Lake Michigan. Gazing into large bodies of calm water melting into the sky is good soul food. Peace to you and Sue.

When the sky matches the lake, do you have a hard time making out the horizon line?
No line on the horizon, as it were
Sooo peaceful. Thank you!

Captain - pretty sure you've come across a rare Lake Michigan whale vertebra.
