I saw Wilco at Red Rocks Tuesday, and before that at Mission Ballroom before COVID and so many other times including one of Wilco’s first at Mississippi Nights and Uncle Tupelo at the Blue Note before that. Your music is part of my DNA. You’re up there with Dylan and Neil Young to me.
This is great! Love the memories! We saw the show in Red Rocks earlier this week and it was our first live show since we saw you in St. Paul MN in Jan 20. Not ashamed to say I cried quite a bit.
I’m turning 50 in a few days and just starting to write songs in earnest. Your thoughts on songwriting have been an inspiration to me and your journey through life, especially with your family, I find very relatable (my wife and 2 boys have made me a better human being).
