Unreleased sadness

I’m going to let this song speak for itself. But for anyone worried about me, I’m fine. Seriously. I’m ok. It’s a sad time of year in an already awful moment in history. So I thought I’d share one of my saddest songs to cheer us all up. It’s funny how it can actually work that way sometimes. I feel something release inside of me when I sing this song. 

Maybe surrendering to an unwanted emotion is the only way we survive without getting trapped in our sadnesses and angers and jealousies ... at least I think that’s how it works. Not easy though. Take care of yourself and your family and friends. OxO
